Not like there are more pressing issues in local government nowadays eh?
It's bad enough that some cities are on the brink of financial disaster - libraries are disappearing. So where are the unemployed folks supposed to go and enjoy a day of intellectual stimulation? Now Quincy wants to take away citizen's right to view porn and use public humiliation to scare off the pervs. Seems the good people of Quincy just took a giant step back into 17th century Massachusetts.
I say burn the perverts at the stake and permanently revoke their library privileges.
