WickedStart does offer a lot of insight into the business formation process. In fact it reads like a college business case study. Don't need all that stuff to open a bar or hot dog stand here.
To those folks out there who think that setting up shop in Wusta here is a slam dunk - think again. Not is Wusta.
However I think this is something my bloggabuddy Paulie Collyer might look into - the dude needs all the help he can get with that growing business empire of his (ahem) and maybe get that NOLA thing to show a profit. Can't keep blaming the locals for one's lack of business competence. Which also seems to be the issue with Wusta's business community in general. Lots of whining, little business aptitude.
