According to an East Brookfield judge, it's okay to swear at a politician without legal repercussions. Cops too, but do so at your own risk.

If you get in a politician's or bureaucrat's face, count on a visit from the local PD (the enforcement arm of the local government) with accusations of hurt feelings. Bureaucrats are just doing their jobs. Give em a break. Job? Um...
In Mulvey's case the cops even visited his mother to rile him; gave him a taste of what's to come and then promptly issued complaints on behalf of the politicians.
It's a sad state of affairs when a citizen has to resort to such measures to get the attention of a politician or bureaucrat. It happens all the time in Wusta too.
