But don’t let that bankruptcy stuff fool ya. It’s a financial ploy - Chapter 13 reorganization: forces creditors into a corner with an either/or. American business is good at pulling stunts to evade their creditors. Not sumptin you should personally try - you'll loose. The cards are stacked against you.
