I think shortly thereafter Jordan "Hey, I'm a journalist too" Levy gave Rosalie Tirella a chance to publicly clarify herself, and do the right thing - apologize.
Not personally having heard the interview (my info is 2nd hand) I imagine it came off as a bizarre exchange of opinions between two of Wusta's most inept pseudo-journalists. But Rosalie Tirella didn't apologize, she blamed everyone but herself.
Cripes anyone with a iota of self-respect, or a modicum of professional scruples (I know I'm stretching it when I say that with regards to Rosalie Tirella) would have just publicly apologized and moved on. That would have showed she had some smarts. But no, not Rosalie Tirella, no smarts there. In the real world that fuck-up would end a career. In the real world Tirella is the laughing stock of Worcester, MA.
And still she goes about her merry way careening from one fuck-up to another.
