If Bill Breault isn't terrorizing Main South's minority population, he's working in cahoots with Barbara Haller to chase anyone they don't like out of Main South.
With all the tumult surrounding his antics about a dead guy, he brought the out the worst of Worcester's lowlife.
Great job Bill Breault. You're a credit to your kind.
Wonder what he's gonna do with the money he raised to get rid of dead body? Hopefully give it back to the nuts who gave it to him.
